Youth Academy
The CFC USA Youth Academy will be a player development program built around establishing an environment for players with all abilities to have the opportunity to play soccer. This will range from recreational to competitive teams. The Academy will ultimately serve youth players from U5 through U18, offering a clear pathway for growth, development, and progression within the club. To build relationships within the community and strengthen the Academy foundation, we will also host small group sessions as well as seasonal camps. These events will help us connect with local families, identify talent, promote the CFC philosophy and ultimately, share the Gospel!
Schools & College programmes
Our aim is to provide schools and colleges with high-quality soccer programmes both during and after school hours. These programmes will be designed to cater to all age groups and ability levels, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive and engaging environment. In addition, we also want to provide coaching support for school and college teams, helping them improve their performance and reach the next level.
Camps / partnerships
Community is a very aspect of our ministry and what better way to create and reach community than running camps and partnering alongside churches and youth groups to provide a platform for players of all abilities to enjoy soccer and hear the Gospel. Our camps can vary in length depending on time of year or the needs of each group and we also have plans to take CFC Camps around the nation and the world
Coach development
Coaching for Christ cannot operate without our coaches. With providing Coach Development events, we aim to assist the coaches with their coaching delivery as well as helping them understand the Mission, Values and Culture of Coaching for Christ, equipping them to volunteer, lead teams and prepare them to go on team trips around the world with the organisation if they feel led to do so.
CFC HUB
At Coaching for Christ, we envision a permanent home for our organisation. A multi-purpose facility that serves as the heart of our ministry. Our Hub would feature Soccer pitches and office space, along with a players’ lounge, a coffee area for parents, and a restaurant capable of hosting visiting teams and other visitors. Our CFC Hub would also facilitate schools, colleges, and local organisations, creating a welcoming environment that fosters strong community relationships. While the goal is to establish one main central hub, we remain open to developing additional locations as God provides opportunities and expansion becomes possible. This home would not only support our programmes but embody the mission and culture of Coaching for Christ, becoming a place where lives are impacted, connections are built, and Christ’s love is shared through soccer.
State expansion
Our vision is to develop a network of franchises across the nation, creating the largest youth soccer organisation in North America—not for recognition or status, but to reach as many young people as possible with the Gospel. We want to share Jesus with every player and their family, using soccer as the platform to build relationships, spark transformation, and bring hope to communities. By expanding our reach, we create countless opportunities to see lives and communities transformed by Christ through soccer, fulfilling the heart of Coaching for Christ on a national scale.
